Refund policy

All ARHO products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
